How to sign up

Step 1: Choose your Room and Bed

• Click on the floor plans to enlarge them.

• Pick the room or cabin you'd like to stay in and choose a specific bed for the weekend. Note the room number and bed letter.

• Single bunks top and bottom and single beds in Main Lodge cost $125. Bunkhouse single beds cost $135. Bunkhouse and Dalarna Cabin double beds cost $155* and private bedrooms are $160. 

• There is a limited number of a Saturday only option.
  Cost is $80.

*These prices are based on one person per bed. If you are planning to share a double bed the cost for each person will be $125.

Step 2: Reserve your bed

• Click the REGISTER NOW button. You will be directed to a "shop" where you can choose the room number you are interested in. Within the room number listings are options for each bed. Choose the bed letter you want and add it to your "cart."  

Step 3: Special Dietary Needs
(Skip if you do NOT have special dietary needs)

• If you have special dietary needs such as gluten-free or dairy-free, choose the Special Dietary Needs listing and let us know your special needs.

• All three drop down menus must have selections so be sure to select "none" if you only have one or two special needs.

• If you have more than three special dietary needs there will be a "Notes to Seller" box during check out where you can let us know your specific needs. Our caterer is happy to accommodate for medical needs. ​

Step 4: Add a Linen Packet (optional)

• Anderson Lodge will provide a linen packet for anyone who does not wish to bring their own bedding and towels.

• There is a $15 fee and this option can be added to your cart.

Step 5: Checkout and Pay

• Once all of your "items" have been selected click on Checkout and you will be directed to a form and payment methods. 

• We prefer that you pay online but you may also drop off or mail a check to the church office. Please note, your registration is not complete until payment has been made.

• Checks must be received within five days of registering or the registration will be canceled.
